Void
The voids enclosed by flowing balconies: a double-height room of air in front of every flat.
A residential building facing the Mediterranean, its flowing white balconies winding around voids.
The balconies curve so that every other floor leaves a double-height void in front of each flat. These rooms of air create shade and wind corridors.
